Accounting

Our accounting department is in-house. We utilize high speed computers and laser printers. We will maintain your own separate account. Our reports are the most timely offered. You will have your report on the first day of every month for the previous month. We offer a tailor-made report. Many include a rent roll, check register, monthly and year-to-date figures. Our HUD annual audits have given us a record of just superior ratings.
